Diva W. was a remarkable woman whose life was a living archive of care. WWX17 activates her legacy by supporting our elders—those who have given much and deserve to be held in dignity.

A senior‑centered outreach honoring Diva W’s lifelong commitment to care and connection, this visit delivers essentials, wellness support, and presence to elders across Fort Worth. For the past four years, WWX17 has intentionally centered Village Creek Wellness and Rehabilitation, a facility too often overlooked in broader community care efforts. By returning year after year with dignity, consistency, and legacy‑rooted compassion, the Diva W Community Care Visit restores visibility, strengthens relationships, and honors elders who deserve to be seen, valued, and remembered.

We’re collecting care bags filled with:

• Large-print reading materials & pens

• Socks & diabetic-friendly hard candy

• Travel-size toiletries: Kleenex, lip balm, lotion, Vaseline

• Notes of encouragement—for both seniors and staff

Each item is more than a donation. It’s a transmission of love, a restoration of dignity, and a reminder that legacy lives on through action.
