Justice‑Rooted Systems Architect | Founder of SitFitness | Movement Infrastructure Leader
Pastor Waymond Brown is a justice‑rooted systems architect whose leadership bridges movement infrastructure, logistics oversight, and embodied recovery. As President of WayWesX17 an Xavier Brown Foundation dba The WayWesX17 Homeless Project (WWX17), he stewards the operational and logistical backbone of a national movement—designing systems that restore dignity, build resilience, and transmit legacy across generations.
Pastor Brown oversees all logistics, inventory systems, transportation coordination, and distribution operations for WWX17, ensuring that every outreach, event, and program moves with precision, dignity, and care. His expertise in warehousing, inventory control, and service logistics ensures that WWX17’s operations remain efficient, responsive, and deeply aligned with the organization’s grief‑informed, justice‑rooted mission.
In 2010, Pastor Brown founded SitFitness, a restorative wellness initiative rooted in accessibility and strength through stillness. SitFitness offers seated movement strategies that honor the body’s story and empower participants to move forward with intention. It is the WWX17 BluePrint in motion—Justice, Love, and Legacy embodied through breath, presence, and recovery.
Pastor Brown’s leadership is architectural. He is the Keeper of the Movement’s Backbone—designing systems that remember, structures that restore, and pathways that honor the resilience of every person WWX17 serves. His work ensures that the movement’s heart and infrastructure remain strong, steady, and built to endure.
