President

President, The WayWesX17 Homeless Project

Founder, SitFitness

Elder Waymond Brown is a justice-rooted systems architect whose leadership bridges movement infrastructure and embodied recovery. As President of The WayWesX17 Homeless Project, he stewards the operational backbone of a national movement—designing systems that restore dignity, build resilience, and transmit legacy across generations.

With deep expertise in warehousing, inventory control, and service logistics, Elder Brown ensures that WWX17’s infrastructure is both precise and personal. His work is grief-informed and justice-routed, honoring the lived realities of those navigating homelessness while equipping partners to carry the Blueprint forward.

In 2010, Elder Brown founded SitFitness, a restorative wellness initiative rooted in accessibility and strength through stillness. Designed for individuals recovering from physical, emotional, or spiritual challenges, SitFitness offers seated movement strategies that honor the body’s story and empower participants to move forward with intention. It reflects the WWX17 Blueprint in motion: Justice, Love, and Legacy—embodied.

Elder Brown’s dual focus—movement infrastructure and seated recovery—makes him both a Keeper of the Movement’s Backbone and a Transmitter of Accessible Wellness. His leadership is not just operational; it’s architectural. Every system he builds is designed to remember.
